The above code will generate a license like xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx using the characters in 'validChars'. Calling GetNewCode (4, 4) will return a code like above. I'm using Azure functions to register then validate the code. When my app registers the code, it generates an encrypted hash with things that are unique to the install, device and/or user.
